Machine Manufacturing

Conveyor and transfer systems

We design parcel and pallet flow around infeed points, routing requirements and outfeed connections.

A parcel sorting line with a scanning portal, control cabinet, short wheel modules and collection bins on both sides.

Parcel sorting and routing line

We review machinery layout, electrical panels and automation scenarios together to clarify the interfaces between connected lines.

Scope shaped by the flow

Sorting and routing

We define the relationship between induction, reading points, routing decisions and collection areas.

Expandable roller conveyors

We consider operating position, approach direction and surrounding space for an expandable line.

Pallet transfer

We consider the roller carriage, landing connections and infeed/outfeed interfaces within the project layout.

Connection points belong in the design

Existing and new equipment meet at interfaces defined by load profile, direction and elevation. Panel position, cable routes and service access share the same layout.

Machine Manufacturing

A view of the whole material flow

Load shape, direction, transfer elevations and available space influence the design. We examine how each step connects with neighboring equipment.

An expandable conveyor in a workshop with X-shaped pantograph side links, parallel steel rollers, wheeled supports and a control box.

Expandable roller conveyor

An extendable transport structure combining pantograph side links, parallel rollers and wheeled supports.

A vertical pallet transfer system with a roller infeed, guided platform carrying a pallet, mesh tower enclosure and a side control cabinet.

Pallet transfer tower

A vertical transfer design bringing a guided carrier platform, roller infeed and upper-level connection into one tower.

From material flow to project scope

  1. Describe the load and flow

Share the parcel or pallet profile, infeed/outfeed points and current bottlenecks.

  2. Review the layout together

Use drawings or photos to discuss direction, elevations, access routes and equipment connections.

  3. Define the control scenario

Identify sensing points, routing logic and communication with existing systems alongside project responsibilities.

Questions about planning a line

What information helps us begin?

Load dimensions and weight, current layout, transfer elevations and intended flow help the discussion. A photo or simple sketch is enough to start.

Which transfer arrangement is appropriate?

Horizontal transport, sorting and transfer between levels have different needs. We assess the equipment around the load profile and layout.

How does it connect to existing automation?

We review controller, signal and communication information, then define command and status exchange between the new equipment and existing line.

How is the project scope defined?

We clarify infeed/outfeed boundaries, mechanical interfaces, power supply and control responsibilities, recording missing site information and necessary assessments.
