FROM ELECTRICAL DESIGN TO SITE CONNECTIONS

Electrical Panel Manufacturing

We design and manufacture industrial electrical panels around the equipment they supply and the process they control. Power distribution, control and automation requirements are considered within one project, with panel layout, component selection and site connections planned together. We can address a new machine panel or an upgrade at your existing facility.

Electrical Panel Manufacturing

A scope shaped around your needs

Panel design starts with the connected equipment and operating conditions. Electrical drawings, the manufacturing arrangement and site connections are planned within the same scope.

Electrical design and layout

We review the equipment list, supply requirements and control points. Internal layout, components and connections are designed alongside the needs of operation, access and maintenance.

Panel manufacturing

Assembly, wiring and labelling follow the electrical design. Connections and control functions are evaluated within the trial and handover scope defined for the project.

Site and automation integration

We plan the interfaces between the panel, machinery, sensors, motors and control system. Site connections and commissioning steps are defined with the existing operation of the facility in mind.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LAYER

Make panel conditions visible.

Panels with suitable measurement infrastructure can provide current, temperature and operating data. A project can use this information to evaluate deviations and support maintenance decisions. We define measurement points, recording requirements and the way alerts will be reviewed as part of the scope.

From the first conversation to commissioning

We define the scope, implementation steps and acceptance criteria together, creating a traceable process between design and operation on site.

  1. Review the requirements

We review the connected equipment, electrical needs, site conditions and existing system together to define the project boundaries.

  2. Design the electrical structure

We develop the layout, components, controls and site connections, defining the interface between the panel and control system.

  3. Build the panel

Panel assembly, wiring and labelling follow the design, with the agreed inspection and trial steps applied during the work.

  4. Integrate on site

We evaluate site connections and functions within the project scope, completing commissioning and the documentation handover together.

What we will define together

  • Panel layout, equipment lists and electrical drawings
  • Site connections and control system interfaces
  • Trial scope and commissioning steps

A useful starting point for our first conversation

Start with a short description of your current situation and the result you want to achieve. We can work through the technical details while defining the project scope.

  • Describe the machine or process the panel will serve.
  • Outline the existing equipment, supply and site conditions.
  • Tell us whether you need new manufacturing, an upgrade or an automation connection.
